These Terms govern use of Kaylee & Co., operated by Kaylee Retail LLC. By using this website or connected commerce application, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Our website allows customers to browse clothing, create orders, receive receipts, and contact support. The connected application is used by authorized business administrators for order, invoice, payment status, and reconciliation workflows.

Payments

Live payments are processed through approved third-party payment services. When Intuit Payments is configured, payment services are provided by Intuit Payments Inc. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or full bank account details on our servers.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, fraud screening, and payment authorization. We may cancel or refund orders that cannot be fulfilled or appear unauthorized.
